This Privacy Policy explains how MonetizeDesign LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use NabuFeedback.

1. Information we collect

We collect account data, authentication records, API token metadata, feedback titles and descriptions, bug reports, feature requests, status changes, comments, submitter contact details when provided, cookies, and operational logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, and response status.

2. How information is used

We use information to collect, organize, prioritize, discuss, and resolve feedback; authenticate users; secure accounts and APIs; provide support; prevent abuse; improve product quality; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party processors

We may share the minimum needed information with processors such as hosting, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, file upload, authentication, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account data and feedback content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, legal, and support purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

5. Security

NabuFeedback uses commercially reasonable safeguards including TLS, hashed passwords, scoped API tokens, session protections, owner-scoped records, and restricted production credentials. No system is perfectly secure.
