Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NabuFeedback, including the website, authenticated workspace, APIs, feedback records, comments, and related services operated by MonetizeDesign LLC. By using NabuFeedback, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

NabuFeedback helps teams collect, organize, discuss, and resolve bug reports, feature requests, customer feedback, and internal product notes. It is a feedback workflow tool, not a replacement for professional legal, security, compliance, or customer-support advice.

2. Accounts and API tokens

You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API tokens secure. Actions taken through your account or tokens are treated as your actions. We may revoke tokens, suspend access, or terminate accounts that create legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use NabuFeedback to violate laws, infringe rights, attack or disrupt the service, access another user's data, transmit malware or spam, impersonate another person, or store content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

4. Customer content

You own the feedback records, comments, metadata, and other content you submit. You grant MonetizeDesign LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve NabuFeedback.

5. Public and shared feedback

If a workspace enables shared or public feedback views, you are responsible for reviewing feedback before publishing it and for ensuring you have rights to share any submitted content.

6. Disclaimers and liability

NabuFeedback is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MonetizeDesign LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
